Kellee Brewer (Ohiyaku Winyan) is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe. Kellee is a Co-Director for the Youth Development Initiative at Thunder Valley CDC. Kellee was born in Pine Ridge, S.D and raised in Wolf Creek, South Dakota in the Wakpamni District on the Pine Ridge Reservation. Kellee is a graduate of Pine Ridge High School and holds a B.S. Degree from Black Hills State University. Kellee has spent her career serving the youth as a Lakota Language and Culture Instructor and Coach. Kellee is a long-time volunteer for the Lakota Nation Invitational in which she was a participant, volunteer and is currently a Coordinator with the organization. Kellee has coordinated and organized the LNI Lakota Language Bowl and Cheerleading Competitions. Kellee is committed to serving the youth of the Pine Ridge Reservation. Kellee believes her work at Thunder Valley will help showcase the many talents of the youth of the Oglala Lakota Nation in building a better future on the Pine Ridge Reservation.
