We are building an entire community from the ground up as a catalyst to create systemic change that is as comprehensive as the historic challenges we face. We are guided by a philosophy that treats all living things as relatives, and this is the attitude we strive to greet our supporters with, connecting our minds and hearts with allies to drive change at every level around the world. 

We believe that liberation starts internally and radiates outward to the thiwáhe (family), thiyóšpaye (extended family unit), wičhóthi (community), and the entire oyáte (nation). The historic challenges Thunder Valley CDC confronts will not be solved by a few people in a few years. Instead it will take a growing intergenerational network of relatives dedicated to the healing of themselves, their families, and the world we all share.
