COVID-19 Resources

Throughout the pandemic, Thunder Valley has been committed to understanding the needs of our communities, listening to our community members, and being good relatives through partnerships and collaborations. In the early months of the pandemic in 2020, we disseminated a community needs survey through our social media platforms. The survey was then shared by some of our partners on their platforms. The results of this survey proved useful in determining where response efforts should focus.

We actively partner with the Indigenous Response Network, led and coordinated by our partner Generations Indigenous Ways, to provide resource distribution to the nine districts across the Reservation. Additionally, Thunder Valley resides in the Porcupine District and we have been able to provide elder distributions for our elder community members.

We continually collect the information provided by the Tribe and the COVID-19 task force so our Community Engagement team leads our efforts internally to communicate, coordinate and provide updates. Please see the resources below for more information regarding COVID-19 and COVID-19 related resources.
