“As I reached seven months in this role, I wanted to reflect on where Thunder Valley has been during this transition, what we've been working on, some of the challenges we're navigating, and where we're headed next.

It is a little lengthy, so when you have some time, I encourage you to read through it. I wanted this to be an honest and meaningful update on Thunder Valley as a whole, including some of the important work happening behind the scenes.

You'll notice I don't go into detail on each initiative. Our Directors have already done a great job sharing initiative-specific updates with the community, so I didn't want to duplicate that. This is intended to be a broader organization-wide check-in.

Most importantly, I wanted to recognize our Staff and Board who have continued to show up and carry this work forward through a time of change.

As we approach Thunder Valley's 20th anniversary, there is a lot to reflect on, and even more to look forward to.
