Born in Eagle Butte, SD and a member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. Obtained an Associate in Applied Science in Accounting from Western Dakota Technical College, and currently continuing on toward a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting at Black Hills State University.
