Lynn is an enrolled member of the Crow Creek Sioux Tribe (Hunkpati Dakota) and Oglala Lakota. She is committed to the progress of building opportunities, the movement of systematic change and the sustainability of TVCDC community as Interim Executive Director. Lynn obtained her Master of Arts degree in Lakota Leadership and Management from Oglala Lakota College. Her undergraduate degrees include Lakota Studies, Fine Art, and Early Childhood Development.
