Doyle Pipe On Head was hired on February 03, 2020. Mr. Pipe On Head grew up in the Whiteclay district on the Pine Ridge Reservation in the town of Oglala. He is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe. Doyle went to OCS school in Pine Ridge, where he graduated from high school. Afterward, he attended college at the University of South Dakota in Vermillion and got his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Doyle comes to Thunder Valley with over 20 years of experience working in the field of business.
