Debra joined TVCDC as the Director of Operations in December 2019. She is an enrolled member of the Sisseton-Wahpeton Oyate from the Lake Traverse Reservation. Debra served two terms in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1980 to 1986. Debra has worked with Dex Yellow Pages for 20 years in Denver, CO, and previously as the AmeriCorps VISTA coordinator at TVCDC. Debra has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Oglala Lakota College.
