Cheryce Not Afraid, Oglala Lakota, is committed to enhancing her community with new opportunities and growth. She brings with her over a decade of experience in financial, operational and grant management to TVCDC. Cheryce has a Master’s Degree in Indigenous Peoples Law from the University of Oklahoma and her undergraduate degrees from Oglala Lakota College include an Associate’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
