My name is Arlis Pourier and I am a Oglala Sioux Tribal Member from the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. I graduated from Oglala Lakota College with my AA degree in Office Technology and General Business, currently working on my Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Employed with Thunder Valley CDC as the Finance Tech.
