Pejuta Luta Win/Tyrees Red Owl is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe. She was born and raised on the Pine Ridge Reservation. She grew up in the Medicine Root District, where she currently resides with her two children. She has an AA Degree in Lakota Studies from the Oglala Lakota College and is currently working on her BA in Social Work. Her dream is to be a Counselor, using the Lakota way of life to help adolescents. Tyrees is very grounded in her Lakota roots and is passionate about working with and supporting Lakota Youth.
