Tangerine LeBeau - Wak̄iƞyaƞ Ċaƞnuƞp̄a Wiƞ was born and raised on the Pine Ridge Reservation and is an enrolled Oglala Lakota member. Growing up in the Evergreen and Porcupine community shaped her understanding of the importance of family, connection, and supporting one another. Her experiences have given her a strong appreciation for the value of listening, understanding people's needs, and creating spaces where individuals feel respected and valued.

After spending 10 years in Sioux Falls, Tangerine decided to return home to be closer to her family and reconnect with the community that raised her. Her journey has strengthened her passion for working with people and helping create positive experiences for those around her.

Through her work, Tangerine strives to strengthen the connection between employees and leadership, promote a healthy workplace culture, and support organizations in creating environments where people can grow and succeed.

Tangerine will be attending Oglala Lakota College to pursue a degree in Tribal Law.

Tangerine has one son and resides in the community of Kyle, South Dakota.
