Jerome LeBeau Jr comes from the Lakota, Comanche, Apache, and Northern Cheyenne Tribes and is an enrolled Oglala Lakota tribal member. Jerome was raised in Thunder Valley amongst the ceremonies, culture, and spirituality. Having been present at the formation of the organization and at some of its first meetings, the vision for this place has been ingrained in him. Jerome has been a part of the organization through various programs over the years, including the Workforce Development Program, AmeriCorps Summer Associate, and AmeriCorps Vista Program. He has also served as communications coordinator, multimedia consultant for the LLE, Security, and now serves as MarComms Director.
