Echo Tiger is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe, from the Wakinyan Opha Tiospaye in the Porcupine SD District. Echo brings knowledge with her experience and background in Business Administration. Echo has served in various roles throughout her career prioritizing the duties of the Executive Support Manager. Echo is looking forward to working for her community again. Echo is excited to be back in her previous role and hopes to help re-ignite her late mother Theresa Tess LeBeau’s original dream for this place, leading with love, compassion and respect for others especially for the youth with the guidance of our elders and ancestors. She hopes to help guide the youth into these roles here at Thunder Valley CDC to be more successful than we ever imagined. Echo believes that when we all whole heartedly have faith in the same goal, with one mind, one heart, one prayer, and one focus all while keeping our children’s future and well-being at the forefront, we can accomplish anything.
