Lisa Brooks is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe and has become a part of the team that wants to preserve and enhance the Lakota language.  Lisa has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Mary.  She is currently finishing her PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Management from Northcentral University.  Lisa has worked with the National Indian Gaming Commission as well as management and compliance of federal funding sources for tribes.  Lisa believes that revitalizing the Lakota Language will give future generations a legacy to be proud of.
