Erin Anderson

Erin Anderson is originally from Hales Corners, Wisconsin, but over the past twelve years Pine Ridge has become home.  Erin holds a dual B.A. in Human Rights and Religious Studies and in 2011, she completed a Master's Degree in Public Administration, both from the University of Dayton, where she was inspired by the Marianists.  As a Graduate Community Fellow, commissioned out of the Fitz Center for Leadership and Building Community, she did community organizing and refugee resettlement work in Dayton, Ohio.  Erin spent five years volunteering and working at Red Cloud Indian School.  Most recently, she has been working as a licensed real estate broker in Denver, Colorado.  Erin is passionate about the grassroots work Thunder Valley is doing and is excited to put her varied experiences in both the non-profit and business worlds to use.  Her proudest accomplishments are being a wife to Lisa, parent to Manny and Keyshia, dog mom to Victor and Sunka, beekeeper and certified yoga teacher.  She loves spending time on the powwow trail, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, biking in the Black Hills, and meditating with the Benedictine Sisters at St. Martins Monastery in Rapid City.
